Phyllis Roach Sutton APRN, BC-PC has worked with the Palliative Care service since its inception in 1997, initially in the development and implementation of the service and coverage for the nurse specialist, and currently as the Administrative Nursing Coordinator and the Nurse Practitioner on the service responsible for program development and the medical management of patients with the medical director.
